The Burnside Hotel offers a variety of rates including Bed and Breakfast (B&B) rates, Spring, Summer and Winter Short Break rates which include bed and breakfast and our five-course table d’hote dinner menu served in Silhouettes Restaurant (DB&B).

Lake Suite A beautiful large bedroom with king size bed, spa bath, lounge and large balcony with lake views £250.00 per room per night (based on 2 adults on bed and breakfast) Penthouse Suite A superb bedroom set on three floors containing a beautiful sleigh bed, spa bath, lounge and large balcony with breathtaking views over Lake Windermere and private parking. £300.00 per room per night (based on 2 adults on bed and breakfast)

Childrens' Tariff - BB:
Winter: £10.00 Spring & Summer £30.00 (Tariff, per child per night inclusive of bed and breakfast based on children 12 years and under sharing with a minimum of 2 adults, Children under 2 years of age free of charge) Children aged 13 – 17 years sharing with a minimum of 2 adults will be charged 75% of the adult tariff. Children in their own room pay the adults tariff. Children's Dinner Menu available on request.
