CHRISTMAS EVE - Saturday 24th December 2011
Our celebrations begin from midday when you can relax and unwind in our lounges with mulled wine and homemade mince pies in front of an open log fire. From 6.00pm please help yourselves to a Winter Woo Woo cocktail in the bar before dining in the candlelit Silhouettes Restaurant. Our hand bell ringers will entertain you early in the evening.
After dinner relax and sing carols with our resident keyboard player. Don't forget the Christmas Service at St Martin's Church in the village will be held this evening, with hot chocolate and shortbread served on your return.
CHRISTMAS DAY - Sunday 25th December 2011
The best day of the year! After breakfast simply relax in a quiet corner, alternatively Parklands Country Club is open should you wish to work up an appetite for your Christmas lunch. Your Traditional Christmas Lunch will be served with a sparkling cocktail. The remainder of the day is yours to relax, with the Queen's speech being televised at three o'clock. In the evening after a splendid Lake District buffet round off the day with the Burnside Race Night.
BOXING DAY - Monday 26th December 2011
After Boxing Day brunch enjoy a complimentary cruise of your choice on Lake Windermere, but be back in time to join in the Ready Steady Cook competition. There'll be a Raspberry and Chilli Margarita with canapés then try your hand at the casino table before taking your seats for our Gala Dinner.
Tuesday 27th December 2011
After breakfast take a picnic lunch and enjoy a Lake District walk of your choice. Alternatively a light buffet lunch will be served with a wine tasting before our Christmas Pantomime based on the story of Snow White is performed. After a lavish farewell dinner join us for our farewell disco.
Wednesday 28th December 2011
Our full Cumberland breakfast will set you up for your journey home. For those of you who must leave us, have a safe journey home and come back soon in 2012, if you have any time why not stay a little longer at the special rates available.

All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per reservation.10% discount applies to new bookings only.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason the deposit paid is non-refundable. Subject to the accommodation being re-let no further charges will be made. In the event of the accommodation not being re-let 28 days prior to arrival then the total account is payable within 10 days.

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance against cancellations. |
