Conference Rooms

All 4 of the Burnside Hotel's flexible meeting and function rooms benefit from natural daylight, three with beautiful lake views providing inspiration for any gathering.

Providing a variety of meeting and syndicate rooms, the Burnside Hotel is ideal for holding small business meetings to large presentations of up to 120 delegates.

The Ebor Suite

Bright and airy, the Ebor Suite with adjoining syndicate rooms, which can be separated into 3 rooms or left open as one large syndicate room is ideal for large conferences, presentations for 120 people or buffets and dinners or events for up to 100 people.

The Bay Room

Ideal for larger meetings or small training sessions, the beautifully-furnished Bay Room enjoys gorgeous views over Lake Windermere through its bay windows.

It can comfortably seat up to 80 people and is also licensed for civil ceremonies, making it the perfect location for small weddings and private dinner parties.

The Bower Room

A classic self-contained Board Room at the front of the hotel seats up to 18 boardroom style. The windows let in natural daylight and beautiful garden views. This is a very pleasant meeting room.

The Sun Lounge

A comfortable and inviting naturally-lit room, the Sun Lounge is a natural extension of the Restaurant Terrace and can be closed off as a private space for meetings or used as a conference breakout area. Settle into a sofa by the window during your coffee break and admire views over the terrace to the lake.

Included within the room hire rates are a flip chart and pad, overhead projector and screen, TV and VHS video recorder or DVD player. Other equipment may be hired in as required.

All conference rooms have Wireless Internet access.
