Residential Conferences

All our 24-hour delegate rates include VAT and equipment, so you can be assured that our quote will match your final invoice.

Our typical 24-hour delegate rate includes:

• Conference room hire with conference equipment, data projector, screen, TV and DVD, flip chart and pads
• Complimentary wi-fi throughout the ground floor of the hotel
• All materials provided (marker pens, scissors etc)
• Complimentary still and sparkling water in the conference room
• Morning coffee with pastries/muffins/shortbread
• Two-course hot and cold sit down buffet lunch with refreshments served in Silhouettes Restaurant
• Afternoon tea with scones/cakes
• Three-course table d'hote dinner with coffee and chocolates served in Silhouettes Restaurant
• En-suite accommodation in a double or twin bedroom for sole occupancy
• Full Cumbrian buffet breakfast or continental
• Daily newspaper for each delegate
• Complimentary use of leisure and fitness centre, Parklands Country Club
• Complimentary car parking

Daily Non-Residential Conference Packages

All our 8-hour delegate rates include VAT and equipment, so you can be assured that our quote will match your final invoice.

Our typical 8-hour delegate rate includes:

• Conference room hire with conference equipment, data projector, screen, TV and DVD, flip chart and pads
• Complimentary wi-fi throughout the ground floor of the hotel
• All materials provided (marker pens, scissors etc)
• Complimentary still and sparkling water in the conference room
• Morning coffee with pastries/muffins/shortbread
• Two-course hot and cold sit down buffet lunch with refreshments served in Silhouettes Restaurant

November 2011, special 24-hour delegate rates from £129.50 (Inc VAT) per delegate per night (Sunday – Friday).

Selected dates now available January 2012 to 17th February 2012, special 24-hour delegate rates from £115.00 (Inc VAT) per delegate per night (Sunday – Friday).

From the 20th February 2012 to 31st March 2012, special 24-hour delegate rates from £125.00 (Inc VAT) per delegate per night (Sunday – Friday).

Christmas Conferences

Have you thought about combining your Christmas meeting, conference or training course with a Christmas Party Night?

Special 24-hour delegate rates are available from Sunday - Friday throughout December for just £109.00 (Inc VAT) per delegate inclusive of a full day conference followed by a Christmas Party Night with entertainment.
