Residential Conferences

Our typical 24-hour delegate rate includes conference room hire with conference equipment, en-suite accommodation and a full Cumbrian breakfast, morning coffee with pastries, a two-course hot/cold buffet lunch with refreshments, afternoon tea with scones and a four course dinner followed by coffee and mints, a daily newspaper for each delegate - and not forgetting full use of Parklands Country Club, our all weather leisure centre.

Daily Non-Residential Conferences

Our typical 8-hour daily delegate rate includes morning coffee with pastries, a two-course hot/cold buffet lunch with refreshments, afternoon tea with scones and hire of an appropriate conference room with conference equipment.

Included in the conference room hire is the use of 1 flip chart and pad, OHP and screen, TV and VHS video recorder or DVD player. Other equipment may be hired in as required.

Wireless Internet Access

All delegates have a high speed wireless internet access is when working both in the conference room and our lounges.

Throughout the year a number of Special Conference Packages are offered at the Burnside Hotel. If your preferred dates do not appear in the list below simply telephone our Conference Office and we'll personalise a package to suit all your requirements.

Last Minute Availability

March 2010 Special 24-hour delegate rates from £130.00 (Inc VAT) per delegate per night (Sunday – Thursday).

Christmas Conferences

Have you thought about combining your Christmas meeting, conference or training course with a Christmas Party Night?

Special 24-hour delegate rates are available from Sunday - Friday throughout December for just £109.00 (Inc VAT) per delegate inclusive of a full day conference followed by a Christmas Party Night with entertainment.
